It has been reported that thieves stuffed 225 pairs of knickers from Victoria’s Secret into a bag last week and fled the store according to a police report.
No one has been arrested. The merchandise was valued at $3,400 (£3,000 approx)
The incident happened just before 1 p.m. 9th March 2009.
According to the report, two men and a woman walked in, opened drawers at the front of the store and started placing the knickers into the bag. The thieves took 100 pairs of knickers valued at $14 each and 125 pairs valued at $16 each, the report states.
Several other sexy lingerie thefts have been reported in North Texas and across the US in recent months.
Commenting on the above Julie Holloway - Director - Feeling Sexy Lingerie said "I know times are hard - but when people start of steal knickers in bulk you know things are bad. I would hope that the prices on our site are keen enough so that people do not have to steal them."
