The Pussycat Dolls are set on seducing the world as they perform demanding dance routines in sexy lingerie outfits and ask the audience to “loosen up their buttons.” As part of their Doll Domination World Tour, the group will fly from Australia to perform one show only in Jakarta on Tuesday night before moving on to Bangkok and Singapore. But they may need to find another way to seduce Indonesians. Their raunchy moves could easily ruffle a few feathers now that the anti-pornographic laws are in place. The president of Mahaka Entertaiment, Hasani Abdulgani, said the promoter had asked the group to ensure the performance is “not too hot.”
The group was fined in Malaysia after their concert in 2006 for indecency. Jessica Sutta of the Dolls told MTV last year that the performers have learned their lesson and were happy to cover up out of respect for their host countries.
Head Pussycat Nicole Scherzinger, born in Hawaii to a Filipino father, told Channel V recently that the Dolls loved their Asian fans and wanted to perform as often for them as they could.
Sounds like it will be another hot concert !!!
